Hey! I'm Racquel.
When asked what you wanted to be when you grew up, what did you say? Probably the usuals: teacher, lawyer, doctor, football player, nurse, singer, firefighter, etc.
Who ever said a copywriter or creative director? I sure didn't.
But even as a young girl, I was always good with words. I'd ride in the backseat of my mother's car, captivated by flashy billboard advertisements of well-known brands. I often wondered who was behind the strategic lens to bring it to life—who knew there was a career for it?
Now, it's not about "What do I want to be?" but "Who have I had to be?"
